Completing the Revision Process
After submitting a revision through Symbium, you will need to complete additional steps with your city or county before your revision can be finalized. For the most accurate next steps, review:
- The Revision Application tab in your Symbium revision project.
- Symbium's email notification confirming your revision submission.
These locations will provide the latest instructions specific to your jurisdiction.
Additional Steps You May Need to Complete
Depending on the jurisdiction, the revision process may require additional actions such as:
- Uploading your revised documents, including the revised Symbium approval document, to the jurisdiction's permit tracking system.
- Providing revised documents and a summary of revisions to the jurisdiction via email.
- Paying any revision fees invoiced by the jurisdiction.
Because revision processes vary by jurisdiction, always follow the instructions provided in your Symbium project.
Tracking Your Revision Status
Once your revision is submitted, the review and approval process is handled directly by your city or county. Symbium does not control the jurisdiction's review timeline or approval process.
If you need updates on the status of your revision, or confirmation that it has been approved, contact your city or county directly.
