If you were added to a permit application as a contact, you will receive an email notification with a link to the project.
Accessing the project
To access the project:
- Click the project link in the email notification.
- Log in to your Symbium account, or create one, using the same email address that received the notification.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the shared project.
You can also access the project at any time by logging in to Symbium and navigating to the My Projects page.
Cannot access the project?
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access a shared project.
- You are logged in to a different Symbium account. Make sure you are logged in to the account associated with the email address the project was shared with.
- Your access has been revoked. If your access was removed, you will receive an email notification confirming this change.
- The project may have been deleted by the person who created it.
If you see an "Access Denied" message, contact the person who manages the project and ask them to add you as a collaborator. Symbium cannot grant or restore access to another user's project.
