If you have reached the end of the Project Scope tab and the Apply for Permits button is disabled, Symbium has detected one of the following issues:
- Required questions have not been answered.
- The project scope is incomplete.
- A requirement has not been met.
Required questions have not been answered
All required questions in the Project Scope tab are marked with a red asterisk. If you reach the bottom of the tab and see the Answer Required Questions button, there are required questions that have not been answered. Click the button to highlight the missed questions.
The project scope is incomplete
In certain cases it is possible to have answered all required questions and still have an incomplete scope. This occurs when your project is missing equipment needed to complete all compliance checks. For example, certain solar project compliance checks require a battery inverter to be added in support of an ESS installation.
If this occurs, a notice will appear at the bottom of the Project Scope tab. Click Analysis tab to review the requirements needed to complete your scope.
A requirement has not been met
See this article for information on how to diagnose and resolve failed requirements in the Analysis tab.
