What is the Analysis tab?
The Analysis tab shows whether your project meets all requirements needed to be considered complete and compliant. It reflects the specific scope of work you have entered and gives you a clear picture of what has been checked, what needs attention, and what is preventing you from moving forward.
Unlike other systems that review your project only after submission, Symbium provides instant analysis as you enter information using its proprietary Complaw™ technology. This means you can identify and resolve issues before you apply.
If you are seeing an error or issue flagged in your project, the Analysis tab is where you will find the details.
How to access the Analysis tab
There are a few ways to get there:
- Requirements counter. In the top right corner of your project page you will see a requirements counter (e.g. Requirements: 1 / 11). Click the View analysis link just below it to go directly to the Analysis tab.
- See Why / issue detected link. If your project has a problem, you will see either a See Why link or an (N) issue(s) detected link next to the requirements counter. Clicking either will take you directly to the relevant flagged item in the Analysis tab.
Application Issue Detected alert. If a check in your project scope fails, you will see an Application Issue Detected notice at the bottom of the Project Scope tab. This alert outlines the steps to resolve the issue, the first of which provides a direct link to the Analysis tab.
In some cases you will not need to go to the Analysis tab at all. Inline notices within the Project Scope tab may already describe exactly what is wrong and provide a direct resolution step.
Understanding requirement statuses
Once you are in the Analysis tab, you will see a list of requirements. Each one has a status indicator:
| Icon | What it means |
|---|---|
| This requirement has been reviewed and passed. No action needed. | |
| This requirement did not pass. Something in your project does not meet code or configuration requirements. The Analysis Tab will describe the specific issue. | |
| There is not enough information in your project scope yet to evaluate this requirement. You will need to fill in the missing details before this check can be completed. |
Jumping directly to a failing requirement
If you click an alert link from your project page, such as from Application Issue Detected, Symbium will take you directly to the requirement that needs attention. This is the fastest way to understand what is wrong and what needs to be fixed.
