If the payment button is enabled but you encounter an error after clicking Proceed to Payment, it is due to one of the following reasons.
Payment processing error
In some cases, a technical issue may prevent Symbium from initiating the payment process. This is not related to your application or payment details.
If you see an error modal immediately after clicking Proceed to Payment and are not redirected to the payment screen, contact support with details about the error message you are seeing.
Payment declined
If you are redirected to the payment screen but your payment is declined, the issue is with the payment method.
Common reasons include insufficient funds, an incorrect card number, or a bank authorization failure. To resolve a declined payment:
- Try a different card.
- Contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the transaction.
- Verify that the billing details entered match those on file with your bank.
