If you have reached the end of the permit application and the payment button is disabled, your application is not yet complete. There are two possible reasons.
Incomplete required questions. All required questions in the permit application are marked with a red asterisk. If you reach the bottom of the Permit Application tab and see the Answer Required Questions button, there are incomplete required fields remaining. Click Answer Required Questions to highlight all incomplete fields and complete them before attempting to pay.
Failed application requirements. Your applicant and application details must pass certain eligibility checks to confirm that your project qualifies for instant permitting through Symbium and that you are qualified to perform the proposed work. You can review the full set of requirements in the Analysis tab under Application Requirements.
If a requirement is highlighted in red, your application does not meet one or more eligibility criteria. Review the notice carefully for details about the issue and the steps needed to resolve it.

If you have completed all required questions and met all application requirements but the payment button remains disabled, contact support.
