If you are having trouble uploading a document to your Symbium project, the file may not meet the requirements set by the jurisdiction's permit tracking system. For a list of file requirements, see this article.
Find the requirements for your upload
Upload requirements vary by jurisdiction and document type. The most accurate requirements for your application are displayed directly in your Symbium project:
- The file size limit for your permit type is shown below the upload section header.
- Additional requirements, including supported file formats and filename restrictions, are available in the upload tooltip. Select the help icon (?) next to the upload field to view them.
Review the error message
If your upload fails, an error message will appear in your project indicating the reason the file was rejected. Review this message carefully before making changes to your file.
If you have reviewed the requirements and error message but are still unable to upload your document, contact support. Include details about the error you are seeing.
