When scoping a reroofing project in Symbium, you will be asked to specify the Roof Assembly Ventilation for your property. If your roof has existing code-compliant venting that is not being changed as part of the reroof, select Vented roof assembly using existing code-compliant venting.
If your project includes new or altered venting, select Vented roof assembly with new or altered venting instead.
