Permitting fees are paid directly to, or transferred to, the jurisdiction. These fees are separate from Symbium service fees and payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.
Symbium does not have the authority to determine whether permitting fees are refundable and cannot initiate refund requests on your behalf. However, in many jurisdictions, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of permitting fees. When available, Symbium includes instructions at the end of the Permit Application page explaining how to initiate a refund request.
