After payment is processed, Symbium sends an email with the subject line Your Permit Submittal through Symbium or Your Permit Revision through Symbium to the email address of the account that submitted the application. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder.
Your receipt includes an Order Summary itemizing all fees charged. Depending on your jurisdiction, this may include Symbium's service fee only, or Symbium's service fee plus a permit fee collected on behalf of the jurisdiction.
If you are a collaborator on the project, the receipt was sent to the project creator. To identify the project creator, navigate to Collaborators and look for the team member with the Manager role. Contact that person directly to obtain a copy.
