At this time, it is not possible to change the email address associated with an existing Symbium account. If you would like to use a different email address to log in to Symbium, you will need to create a new account using the new email address.
Accessing existing projects from a new account
If you create a new Symbium account and want to continue accessing projects from your original account, you can add the new email address as a collaborator on the existing project.
To do this:
- Log in to your existing Symbium account.
- Open the project you want to share.
- Go to the Collaborators tab.
- Add the new email address as a collaborator.
Once added, you will be able to access the project when logged in to the new account. For more information on accessing shared projects, see this article.
