After 3 failed sign-in attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. Symbium will send an unlock link to your email address automatically.
Unlocking your account
Open the email from Symbium and click the unlock link. Once clicked, you will be able to log in again.
Important: Note that the unlock link can only be used once. If you are locked out again after unlocking, Symbium will send a new unlock link to your email address.
